The Beginning

Beginnings lead to unexpected journeys.  That being said, I don't want anyone to think for a second that this blog IS our journey.  More like, this blog simplifies a much more complex, exciting, passionate adventure worth documenting.  Tony and I got married May 15, 2012, although even this doesn't mark the commencement of our unexpected journey.  Our opulent odyssey began a year and a half ago, on December 17th, 2010 when I went to the Carroll College gym to watch a men's basketball game.  Did I know then almost exactly one year later that one of the Carroll players would propose to me on that very court?  Kind of sounds like a fairytale, right?  Well, honestly, everyday of our lives since that moment has proved to unfold into our very own fairytale, which increases our desire to never let a moment pass us by.
